Justice for Brandon Mills (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a volunteer‑run initiative dedicated to transparency and public awareness of Brandon Mills’s legal case. Contact our team at Caysha@justiceforbrandonmills.org.

2. Accounts & Membership Levels

  • View Member – may preview documents online.
  • Download Member – may download documents for personal, non‑commercial use.
  • Upload Member – may upload new material, moderate comments, and manage certain user requests.

We reserve the right to approve, downgrade, suspend, or remove any account at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization.
  2. Upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes any third‑party rights.
  3. Attempt to probe, scan, compromise, or test the Site’s security or authentication systems.
  4. Copy, sell, or otherwise exploit Site content for commercial gain without written permission.
  5. Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

4. User‑Generated Content

By submitting content, you confirm you own or have permission to use it and you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to store, display, and share the content in connection with our mission.

We may remove any content for any reason, without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all Site text, images, videos, and trademarks are the property of Justice for Brandon Mills or their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual‑property rights to you.
